MONUMENTS CONMEMORATIVE Law 25.734 Amend Law 23.452, by which a monument to the memory of Lieutenant General Juan Domingo Perón was set up. Sanctioned: May 7, 2003. Promulga de Hecho: May 16, 2003.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Amend article 2 of Act No. 23.452 to read as follows: "Please inform the Ministry of Culture of the Presidency of the Nation of forming a commission for the purpose of determining the location of the monument. This site should be in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, in the vicinity of those places in which the Gral. Perón regularly carried out his duties."

ARTICLE 2 Amend article 3 of Law 23.452 to read as follows: "Its realization must be carried out exclusively by Argentine sculptors, calling for public competition for projects for this purpose. The Executive Power through the Ministry of Culture of the Presidency of the Nation shall issue the relevant regulations for the corresponding procedure and the constitution of the respective jury."
