The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Amend article 15 ter of Act No. 19.032 as amended by Act No. 25.615, article 12, to read as follows:

Article 15 ter: The Congress of the Nation, following the opinion of the General Audit of the Nation, may, by law, provide for the intervention of the Institute in relation to situations of serious institutional deterioration that justify it. This intervention may not exceed the OCHENTA SCIENTE (180) days or be extended.

The Executive Power may decree it for the same period of time, giving it immediate account to the Congress, when the deterioration may jeopardize the general administration of the Institute, the effective administrative and technical control of the benefits, the exercise of the control, the controls and the audits necessary to ensure the transparency of the management or compliance with the obligations imposed on the National Executive Board in Article 6 of this Law. .
