The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 See the Oberá Customs with a seat in the city of Oberá, Province of Misiones.

ARTICLE 2 AFIP is empowered to establish or modify the territorial competence of customs, taking into account, among other reasons, the rationalization or efficiency of service or international traffic.
