MINISTERIO PUBLICO Law 25.749 Create a district prosecutor's office with a seat in the neighborhood of La Boca of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. Sanctioned: June 11, 2003. Promulgated: July 1, 2003.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 A district attorney's office with a seat in the neighborhood of La Boca, of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, will have direct and exclusive intervention in all cases of alleged wrongful acts committed in the jurisdiction of police stations 24 and 26 of the Argentine Federal Police and the Prefecture Boca del Riachuelo.

ARTICLE 2 Please refer to the structure of the prosecutor ' s office referred to in article 1 or one (1) first-instance prosecutor ' s office in the criminal investigation, one (1) prosecutor ' s office in the correctional field, one (1) post of first-instance prosecutor ' s office and one administrative facility of six (6) charges, without prejudice to the modifications or relocations that the Attorney General may make, in accordance with the operational requirements, with the existing staff.

Article 3 Expenditure resulting from the establishment of the district prosecutor ' s office will be met with an impact of the annual expenditure budget items for the year 2003, which should be included in accordance with the provisions of the Act.

Judges, officials and employees who are appointed in the posts established shall take possession of the financial condition without prejudice to the provisional measures that may be taken by the Procurator-General of the Nation in order for the immediate commission of the prosecutor ' s office established by this law, with the human resources currently in place in the Public Prosecution Service of the Nation.
