ARTICLE 1 Créase una fiscalía de district en el barrio de Saavedra-Núñez, de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, que habría inter directa yclusive en todos los casos de hechos presuntos responsables de la justicia de instruction, correccional y menores, cometidos en jurisdicción de las comisarías 35, 49 y 51 de la Policía Federal Argentina. Article 3 In order to operate the Office of the Public Prosecutor of Saavedra and Núñez District, it is known according to the Cooperation Agreement signed between the Procuración General de la Nación and the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, ratified by Law 614 of the Legislature of the City of Buenos Aires, dated 20 July 2001. ARTICLE 4 The expenditure incurred by the Saavedra and Núñez District Prosecutor ' s Office will be met from the budget of the Public Prosecutor ' s Office and with an impact on the items currently allocated to the prosecutor ' s offices which are abolished by this law and with the provisions of the existing contracts, including those of the Registrar.
