CODIGO CIVIL Law 25.781 Modification. Sanctioned: October 1, 2003. Promulgated: November 7 of 2003.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Replace the second paragraph of article 1276 of the Civil Code as follows:

"If the origin of the property cannot be determined or the evidence is doubtful, the administration and provision is joint with the husband and wife. The judge may decide the cases of conflict. "

ARTICLE 2 Contact the Executive.
