ARTICLE 1 Authorize the departure from the national territory of military and media personnel of the Argentine Air Force to participate in the Southern Cross Exercise - 2002, which will take place in the territory of the Federal Republic of Brazil, between April 29 and May 11, 2002. ARTICLE 2 Contact the national executive branch.
