The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 The Vocacionar Programme is established with the force of law in the field of the Ministry of Education, aimed at promoting vocational-occupational guidance in the levels of Basic General Education (third cycle) and Polymodal Education of the National Education System. ARTICLE 2 The objectives of the Vocational Program are:

(a) To promote in the Federal Council of Education the development of vocational-occupational guidance programmes, concluding their application in the various educational jurisdictions;

(b) Propose guidelines and guidelines for the efficient implementation of specific programmes, advise on legal regulations and collaborate with the technical agencies of the Ministry of Education in curricular designs, evaluation mechanisms and teacher training in all matters relating to vocational-occupational guidance.

ARTICLE 3 Through this programme, the Ministry of Education will technically support educational jurisdictions in order to extend the systematic vocational-occupational orientation activities in provincial services, incorporating and coordinating the contribution of national universities, state agencies and non-governmental organizations active in vocational-occupational guidance. ARTICLE 4 The technical agencies of the Ministry of Education will develop, in coordination with business and trade union organizations, updated information material on the technological innovations of the labour market for dissemination to the bodies responsible for the jurisdictions together with specialized documentation of national and external origin. ARTICLE 5° Through various resources and activities, the Vocational Programme will promote the exchange of experiences and the continuing updating of specialized staff involved in vocational and occupational guidance activities. ARTICLE 6 The financial resources allocated for the development of the Vocational Programme will be allocated under the budget allocations for the Ministry of Education. ARTICLE 7 The Ministry of Education, in compliance with article 53 (n) of Act No. 24.195, in an opportunity to raise the annual memory to the Congress of the Nation, shall report on the development of the jurisdictional programmes that are promoted in compliance with this Act.
