The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
ARTICLE 1 Any institutional action that prevents the initiation or continuity of the school cycle from any pregnant female student or any other circumstance linked to the foregoing resulting in marginalization, stigmatization or humiliation is prohibited in public education establishments in the country. ARTICLE 2 The Ministry of Education undertakes, with the corresponding jurisdictional educational authority, to make public any irregular practice referred to in article 1, giving the appropriate administrative or judicial course. Article 3 Contact the national executive branch.IN THE SESSION OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN GOOD AIRES, TO THE ONCE DAYS OF THE MONTH OF APRIL OF THE YEAR.
