The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 . Include among the prescription drugs stored in the terms of Article 9(2) of Law 17.565 to all specialties of use and application in human medicine containing anabolic steroids. ARTICLE 2 All medicinal specialties included in the previous article must be mandatory in their packaging and labeled the legend: "For sale on archived item in pharmacies only." The sale or dispensing of the same outside of the pharmaceutical establishments creates illegal exercise of the pharmacy, in the terms of Article 1 of Law 17.565. Article 3 The Executive Power shall regulate this law within the TREINTA (30) days of its publication. ARTICLE 4 Contact the Executive.
