The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

OBLIGATORY OF THE PUBLICATION OF THE FRANCES OF ACCESSIBLE UNITIES AND A TELEFONIC NUMBER TO CONSULT ON INFORMATION BY PART OF THE TERRESTRE COLLECTIONAL TRANSPORT COMPANIES

ARTICLE 1 Land-based collective transport companies of national jurisdiction should publish, easily readable and understandable, the frequencies of units accessible to persons with reduced mobility and a telephone number for consultations on such information. ARTICLE 2 This publication must be displayed in the units, terminals and main stops of the itineraries of the collective land transport companies. ARTICLE 3 In case of non-compliance, the provisions of Decree 1388/96 shall be applied through the National Transport Regulation Commission. ARTICLE 4 Information on the frequencies and telephone number referred to in article 1 should be provided by the tourism delegations for reports. ARTICLE 5° This law shall be regulated by the national executive branch within 30 days of its sanction. ARTICLE 6 Contact the Executive.
