The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Prorrógase hasta el 30 de septiembre de 2002 la aplicación del Coeficiente de Estabilización de referencia (CER) --established by article 4° of Decree 214/02 for all obligations to give sums of money less than four hundred thousand pesos ($ 400,000) by individuals and/or legal persons. In the case of debtors of financial entities, the amount set out in the preceding paragraph shall be considered in relation to debt in the entire financial system. ARTICLE 2 Contact the Executive.
