The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Deploy the 23rd of August of each year, in commemoration of the Gesta of the "EXODO JUJEÑO", to the province of Jujuy as the Honorary Capital of the Argentine Nation.

ARTICLE 2 Public ceremonies in commemoration of the Gesta of the "JUJEÑO EXODO" are established throughout the National Territory.
