The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

National Organizational Donor Registration Act

ARTICLE 1 The Executive Branch, through the Ministry of the Interior, will promote the voluntary donation of anatomical organs and materials to provide compliance with Law 24.193, implementing the national campaign of donors of organs "For more life" throughout the national territory. ARTICLE 2 The executive branch will promote the national campaign to register donors in the premises for the conduct of the elections, at the time of national elections; at an exclusive site to inform and seek the will of citizens regarding the donation of anatomical organs or materials in the terms of National Law 24.193. Article 3 The personnel responsible for the actions set out in Article 2 shall ask the electors to demonstrate their interest:

(a) If you wish to be a donor or not, of anatomical organs and materials, telling you that it is your right to manifest in a positive or negative way, or to keep your will in reserve.

(b) If so, if you agree to donate the organs in the terms of Law 24.193.

ARTICLE 4 The affirmative will of the elector will be recorded in a .acta form of the Unique Institute of Ablation and Implants, which must be subscribed by the interested party, after reading and ratification. ARTICLE 5o The Executive Power, through the Ministry of Health, shall carry out during the sixty (60) days prior to the date of the commission, an information and dissemination campaign aimed at raising awareness among the general population and the electors in particular, regarding the importance of the transplantation regime of anatomical organs or materials, and in order to increase the number of consents in life for postmortem donation. ARTICLE 6 The Ministry of Health, through the Unique Institute of Ablation and Implants, will take action to train staff in all matters related to the issue of donation of anatomical organs and materials, which is part of the National Solidarity Network, by the exclusive sites to be installed in the establishments in which the elections take place. ARTICLE 7 It should be provided in the budgets for the years in which elections are held, the necessary and sufficient items for the performance of the expenses required by the present.
