The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Please transfer to the Centro Vecinal Villa Esmeralda, a legal person 67/87, with a legal address in the city of Salta, the property located in the city of Salta capital, Calle Fidelina de Solá and Zafiro, in the neighborhood of Villa Esmeralda, belonging to the national State.

ARTICLE 2 The identification data of the property owned by the national State mentioned in article 1o, according to plan of messure and division extended by the Registry of Property of the Department of Salta, capital of the province of Salta, are the following: location, calle Fidelina de Solá and Zafiro; nomenclature catastral, circumscription 1, section S, apple 617, plot 1; area of total messure: 1,191 m2, registered

Article 3 The predium described above will be exclusively intended for the operation of the non-profit public good entity Centro Vecinal de Villa Esmeralda.
