The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 , Declare to the original urban centre of the city of San Miguel de Tucumán, as a historical city, according to Laws 12.665 and 24.252.

ARTICLE 2 El The national executive branch, through the appropriate agency, will take the necessary measures to ensure that the urban centre is properly marked with its historical references, location and all those architectural testimonies that justify this declaration.
