The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc., sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 s Please transfer to the municipality of Almirante Brown, Buenos Aires province, the properties owned by the national State described below:

a. Inmuebles linderos of the Adrogué Station:

a.1. R.G. 318/1 of Line R. 1A: S/N Writing dated 13/11/1871 passed before the scribe José V. CABRAL in the City of Buenos Aires, inscribed in La Plata on 10/10/1892 .No 29.800 S AS Series transferred marginally in favor of the Argentine national state by planter Law No. 13.490 . Series B. 1. No. 245, it limits the N.O. to Canale Street; to the southwest, with Calle Presidente Roca, to the southeast with calle Seguí; to the east, it limits the plot R.G. 4.

a.2. R.G. 319 of line R. 1A: Writing 489 of date 28/06/1882 passed before the scribe Manuel SALAS in the City of Buenos Aires, without record registration in the Register of Property Inmueble, and R.G. 320 of the Line R. 1A: Writing 32 of date 09/03/1895 passed before the scribe Cayetano J. The plot 27/1, subparcelas 0002 and 0003, limits to the east and south with plot R.G. 27/1 bis, north with Avenida Tomás Gowland, west with Sufle Street. The sub-parcela 0006, bordering the east and north with plot R.G. 27/1 bis, west with Sufle Street, south with San Martín Avenue. The plot 27/2, sub-parcela 0005, limits to the east with Cathedral Street, to the north with Avenida Tomás Gowland, to the west and to the south, with plot R.G. 27/2 bis. The sub-parcelas 0001, 0004, 0007, border east with the Cathedral Street, north and west with the plot R.G. 27/2 bis and south with Avenida San Martín.

ARTICLE 2 . The transfer of the properties provided by this law shall be used for the location of the following uses: urban development programmes, services infrastructure, public transport of passengers in their different forms, public and free services to the population such as green spaces, sports facilities, public administration and educational and cultural activities, care or health services.

Article 3 . The transfer provided for in Article 1 shall not be subject to any assignment, irrespective of its character for the term of 20 years from the publication of this Law.

The costs required by the transfer and registration will be borne by the municipality of Almirante Brown.
