ARTICLE 1 Amend section 5 of the General Budget of Expenditure and Resource Calculation Act of 2000 by adding to table 14 annexed to that article, the authorization to take public credit up to two million hundred thousand pesos ($ 2,100,000) to the jurisdiction of the National University of Cuyo.

Jurisdiction entity: National University of Cuyo; Type of debt: Bank loans; Authorized amount (in pesos): $2,100,000; Minimum term of amortization: 5 years; Destination of financing: FOMEC, PROIN and others.
