INTEGRATED SYSTEM OF JUBILATIONS AND PENSIONS Law 25.364 Regime applicable to benefits of pensions for disability.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress etc., sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 The disability retirement benefits granted under Acts 18,037; 18,038; Decree Law 1645/78; national special regimes or provincial regimes transferred to the Integrated Pension and Pension System shall be governed by the law and by the date of the cessation, for all legal effects even for subsequent review or rehabilitation. ARTICLE 2 The invalidity benefits that had been granted on the basis of the application of Act No. 24,241, will be re-evaluated on the basis of article 1. The procedure shall be carried out at the request of the person concerned and, if applicable, shall be rehabilitated without the right to retroactivity for periods of non-perceived assets. The request will be granted regardless of any debt for contributions that the incumbent recorded to the Autonomous Workers Regime or the Integrated Pension and Retirement System. ARTICLE 3 Sections 48 and 83 of Act No. 18,037 (t. 1976) and section 15, second paragraph, of Act No. 24,241 apply. ARTICLE 4 . Contact the executive branch.
