The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress etc., sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 The national executive branch may authorize the Secretariat of Programming for the Prevention of Drug Addiction and the Fight against Drug Trafficking of the Presidency of the Nation to celebrate in the terms and scopes set out in Law 23.283, technical and financial cooperation agreements, without charge for the national State, with public or private entities, in order to promote the improvement and modernization of the infrastructure and operating methods of the National Register of Chemicals.

ARTICLE 2 The powers conferred by Law 23.283 on the current Ministry of Justice and the National Directorate of National Registers of Automotive Property and Prendary Credits shall be exercised within the scope of their respective competences by the Secretariat of Programming for the Prevention of Drugs and the Fight against Drug Trafficking of the Presidency of the Nation and by the National Register of Chemical Precursors.
