MODIFICATION LEY 26,912 ‘JURITIC REGIME FOR PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF DOPAJE IN DEPORTATION’
ARTICLE 1. Replace article 79 of chapter I of Title IV of Law 26,912 and its amendment, with the following:
Article 79: National Antidoping Commission. Créase la Comisión Nacional Antidopaje, la que actuará en el ámbito de la Secretaría de Deportes de la Secretaría General de la Presidencia de la Nación.
The functions of national anti-doping organization, defined in Appendix 1 of the Global Anti-doping Code, shall be exercised in the Argentine Republic by the National Anti-doping Commission, which shall act in accordance with the regime established for the entities listed in Article 8 (c) of Law 24.156 and its amendments.
