JUSTICE Law 27477 Trust Federal Court of First Instance. The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force
Law:
Article 1 - Amend Article 1 of Law 26,707 by the following:
Article 1 Consider the Federal Court of First Instance of Tartagal, province of Salta, with multiple jurisdiction, which shall have the same jurisdiction as the Federal Court of First Instance of San Ramón de la Nueva Orán in accordance with article 2 of Law 23.112. ́
Art. 2o- Default of article 5 of the Act 26,707.
Art. 3o- Replace article 10 of Law 26,707 with the following:
`Article 10.- The cases pending before the current Federal Court of First Instance of San Ramón de la Nueva Orán will continue to be settled in the same until its final conclusion.
Art. 4o- This law shall enter into force from publication.
Art. 5o- Contact the national executive branch.
