Article 1 - Apply the Agreement for the Mutual Recognition of TITLES, DIPLOMES AND ACADEMIC GROWS OF SUPERIOR UNIVERSITARIA EDUCATION ENTRE THE ARGENTINA REPUBLIC AND THE SPAIN KING, subscribed in the city of Madrid – the Kingdom of Spain-, on February 23, 2017.
Art. 2o- Contact the national executive branch.
