ARTICLE 1 — Please approve the Marrakech Treaty to facilitate access to works published to blind, visually impaired or other difficulties in accessing the printed text, adopted by the World Intellectual Property Organization, by Diplomatic Conference, on 27 June 2013, whose authenticated copy is part of this law.
