ARTICLE 1 - Amend article 122 of the Labour Contract Scheme adopted by law 20,744 (t. 1976) and its amendments, which read as follows:
‘Art. 122.- The supplementary annual salary will be paid in two (2) instalments: the first one due on 30 June and the second one due on 18 December each year.
The amount to be paid in each semester will be settled on the calculation of fifty percent (50%) of the highest monthly earnings accrued for every concept within the two (2) semesters that culminate in the months of June and December of each year.
In order to determine the second supplementary annual salary, the employer must estimate the salary for the month of December. If such an estimate does not coincide with the actual salary accrued, the second supplementary annual salary assessment will be recalculated.
The difference, which results between the accrual and the quota paid on 18 December, will be integrated into the salary of December. ’
