Law:

ARTICLE 1 — Créase en el ámbito del Poder Judicial de la Nación, la Dirección de Control y Asistencia de Execu Penal, como auxiliar de la justicia federal y de la justicia nacional, cuya supervisión ser ejercida por una Comisión conformeada por los presidentes de la Cámara Federal de Casación Penal, de la Cámara Nacional de Casación en lo Criminal y Correccional de la Capital Federal, de la Cámara Nacional de llamamientos en lo Criminal y Correccional Federal

ARTICLE 2 The Directorate will be headed by a Director or Director with the title of a lawyer or specialists associated with the new prison and criminological careers, appointed by a public examination of background and opposition, in accordance with the Honorable Senate of the Nation, and will be advised by an Advisory Council, which is interdisciplinaryly composed by psychologists, social workers, doctors, lawyers and sociologists.

ARTICLE 3 — The Directorate of Criminal Enforcement Control and Assistance shall have the following functions:

(a) Control of compliance with the conditions contained in the waiver of any person who has obtained conditional release, where he shall act in collaboration with the magistrate in charge of the execution of the sentence;

(b) Control of compliance with the rules of conduct imposed on any person who has been sentenced to conditional execution;

(c) Follow-up to and control of the rules of conduct imposed on any person to whom the suspension of trial has been granted;

(d) Inspection and monitoring of any person who is in detention or punishment under the form of house accommodation;

(e) To provide effective social assistance to persons who graduate from prison by the programme of assisted liberty, parole or exhaustion of sentence, generating actions that facilitate their social, family and employment reintegration;

(f) Monitoring and monitoring of the implementation of any system of substitutes for the release. Intervene as the assistance and supervision agency of the accused, subject to the binding conditions laid down by the judge in granting the release;

(g) Assist the liberated person and his family group, facilitating the means for their return to the home and work; managing the care of their needs in the first days of their lives; also seeking to ensure access to education, health, housing and employment;

(h) Verify the restitution of funds, documents and personal belongings to the graduate. In the event that any person who enters the regime provided for in this Act does not have any documentation that proves identity or has an irregular effect, the Directorate, in coordination with the judge responsible for the execution of the sentence, shall seek the processing of the sentence, acting together with the National Register of Persons.

ARTICLE 4 The Commission established pursuant to article 1 shall regulate the present law within 90 days of its promulgation, and shall take measures to guarantee the continuity of the performance of the functions which until the entry into force of this law was exercised by the Patronato de Liberados.

ARTICLE 5 — The development of the activities of the Directorate should be funded by the resources that the National Administration ' s General Budget of Expenditure and Resource Calculation determines annually to the specific programme to be created for this purpose. Accordingly, the Chief of Staff of Ministers is authorized to make the necessary budgetary adjustments for the validity of this Act.

ARTICLE 6 Transit clause. The provisions of this Act may in no case involve loss of employment of those currently operating within the Disability Board. In addition, the incorporation of such employees into the Directorate of Control and Assistance in Criminal Execution shall be exempted from any public competitive examination required by the National Judiciary.
