ARTICLE 1 — Deplore on November 29 of each year as the National Day of the Politologist in homage to the date of the death of the Argentine political scientist Guillermo O’Donnell.
ARTICLE 2 The date referred to in article 1 is incorporated into the calendar of official acts and commemorations of the Nation.
ARTICLE 3 — Contact the national executive branch.
