ARTICLE 1 — Approve the International Convention for the SIMPLIFICATION AND ARMONIZATION of ADUANEROS (MODIFICATE) REGIMES, held in Kyoto — JAPAN — on 18 May 1973, which consists of VEINTE (20) articles, and its General Annex, whose authenticated copies, in Spanish and English, form part of this law.
ARTICLE 2 — Contact the National Executive.
