ARTICLE 1 — (Article repealed by art. 12 Decree No. 92/2019 B.O. 30/1/2019. Watch: from the day after the date of publication)

ARTICLE 2 — Refer to the Universal Assignment by Son in Sport, as an additional supplement for each minor or disabled person, who is between the six (6) and sixteen (16) years of age and are in charge of the holders of law who perceive the Universal Assignment by Son for Social Protection as provided for in Article 1 (c) of Law 24,714 and its sports amendments, which shall be assigned to the payment of the quota of 20 persons.

ARTICLE 3 — The planned allocation is incompatible with the collection of sport-related scholarships and subsidies in the national, provincial, municipal or Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. Children and adolescents who are not included in payroll are eligible for access to the same.

ARTICLE 4 The amount of the benefit provided for in Article 2 of this Law shall be established by the Executive Directorate of the entity in accordance with the binding reports to be forwarded by the National Observatory of Sport and Physical Activity. It should contain a payroll of civil sports associations that receive the beneficiaries, qualification of facilities, availability of suitable staff and activities that take place.

ARTICLE 5 — In order to comply with the provisions of article 14 ter (e), of law 24,714 and its amendments, the participation of minors and persons with disabilities must also be credited to sports civil associations included in law 20,655.

ARTICLE 6 For the operational implementation, supervision, control and payment of the benefit provided for in Article 2 of this Law, the provisions of Law 24,714 and its amendments and the relevant complementary standards of the National Social Security Administration (ANSES) shall apply.

ARTICLE 7 The National Programme for the Empowerment of Women in Sport, which will aim to ensure the equality, participation, inclusion, access and representation of women in all fields and at all levels of the sporting community, such as athletes, practitioners, managers, leaders, trainers, techniques, arbitrators, judges.

ARTICLE 8 — The National Programme for the Empowerment of Women in Sport will implement actions through courses, debates, forums, seminars and training workshops that enable:

(a) Women ' s equal access to sport;

(b) Ensuring gender-sensitive training of sports professionals in the federative areas;

(c) Promote equity in competitive formats, geographical distribution, visibility and rewards of competition sports; and

(d) To raise awareness and postulate collective construction work in the field of sport federations, such as potential vehicles for situations of family violence or child sexual abuse in response to the immediacy and development of training work that sport entails in girls, boys and adolescents.

ARTICLE 50. - See a Transitional Organizing Commission consisting of one (1) representative of the National Observatory for Sport and Physical Activity and one (1) representative of the Argentine Confederation of Sports, under the terms of article 32, paragraph 2, of this Law, who must automatically remain in office at ten (10) days of the publication of this Law in the Official Gazette.

ARTICLE 51. - The Transitional Organizing Commission must put into operation the National Sports Development Entity (ENADED) within thirty (30) days of its formation, taking the necessary provisions for that purpose.

ARTICLE 52. - The Executive Branch shall regulate this law within thirty (30) days of its publication in the Official Gazette.

ARTICLE 53. - Budget adjustment. The resources that demand the implementation of this law will be allocated by the national executive branch through the relevant budgetary adjustments.
