ARTICLE 1 — Approve the Convention on the Mutual Recognition of Degrees, Diplomas and Academic Degrees of Higher Education between the Argentine Republic and the Republic of Ecuador, held in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, on 4 December 2012, which consists of seven (7) articles, the authenticated copy of which is part of this law.
