ARTICLE 1 — Adopt the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on a Communications Procedure adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations Organization on 19 December 2011, which consists of twenty-four (24) articles, the authenticated copy of which is part of this Act.
ARTICLE 2° — Contact the national executive branch.
