ARTICLE 1 — Créase the Federal Court of First Instance No. 3 of Clorinda, with seat in the city of Clorinda, province of Formosa, which will have jurisdiction in criminal and correctional matters, Civil, Commercial, Labour, Administrative Disputes, Tax, Tax and Previsional Executions and any other federal matter, except the election.

ARTICLE 2 The Federal Court established by this law shall have territorial jurisdiction in the departments of Pilcomayo and Pilagás.

ARTICLE 3 — From the commissioning of the Federal Court established by this law, the Federal Courts No. 1 and No. 2 established in the city of Formosa, province of Formosa, will cease to have jurisdiction over the departments of Pilcomayo and Pilagás.

ARTICLE 4 The Federal Court of First Instance No. 3 of Clorinda will operate with four (4) Secretariats:

(a) Secretariat No. 1 and No. 2 shall have jurisdiction in criminal and correctional matters;

(b) The Secretariat shall have jurisdiction in civil, commercial and labour matters; and

(c) Secretariat No. 4 shall have jurisdiction in administrative matters, fiscal, tax and forecasting.

ARTICLE 5 — The cases pending before the Federal Courts of First Instance No. 1 and No. 2 of Formosa, upon entry into force of this Act, shall continue to be settled in them until their final termination.

ARTICLE 6 It will be High Court of the Federal Court established by this law, the Federal Appeals Chamber of Resistance.

ARTICLE 7 Believe one (1) Prosecutor ' s Office and one (1) Official Public Defender ' s Office with seat in the city of Clorinda, Formosa province, which shall act before the Federal Court established by this law.

ARTICLE 8 — Refer to the positions of Judge of First Instance, Prosecutor of First Instance, Official Public Defender, Registrars and other administrative and service personnel referred to in Annexes I, II and III that are part of this Act.

ARTICLE 9 — The necessary resources for the implementation of this law shall be included in the General Budget for the Public Administration of the next year, with charge to the provisions of the Judiciary of the Nation, the Public Prosecutor ' s Office and the Public Ministry of Defence, respectively.

ARTICLE 10. - Judges, officials and employees who are appointed in the positions established by this Act shall only take possession of the same when the financial condition referred to in Article 9 of this Act is given.

ARTICLE 11. - The Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation and the Council of the Magistracy of the Nation, in the exercise of their functions, shall provide what is necessary for the installation and operation of the court established by this law. The Public Prosecutor ' s Office and the Public Ministry of Defence shall provide for the installation and operation of the prosecutor ' s office and defence counsel established by this law.
