ARTICLE 1 — To be transferred free of charge to the National University of Lanús, the domain of a fraction of land owned by the national state located at the Remedios de Escalada station, ex Línea Roca, Ramal R1 (A) party of Lanús province of Buenos Aires, which is part of the current fraction I of the section N of the constituency II, with an approximate area of 32,487 meters
ARTICLE 2 — This transfer is carried out by the beneficiary of the property to the operation of the said University.
Article 3 - A period of TEN (10) years for the fulfillment of what is imposed in the previous article, which expires without the mediating observance, the domain of the properties subject of the present will reverse in favor of the national State.
ARTICLE 4o — The translative writing of dominion will be carried out before the General Script of the Nation, who will record what is established in articles 1o, 2o, 3o and 5o.
ARTICLE 5o — The expenses required by the present will be exclusively charged by the beneficiary.
