ARTICLE 1 — Appropriate the agreement between the ARGENTINA REPUBLIC and the MERCATE COMUN OF THE SUR—MERCOSUR— FOR THE FUNCTIONING OF THE INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC POLITICES OF HUMAN RIGHTS, subscribed to in Montevideo — ORIENTAL REPUBLIC OF URUGUAY — on 8 December 2009, consisting of QUINCE (15) articles, whose authenticated photocopy is part of this law.
ARTICLE 2 — Contact the National Executive.
