ARTICLE 1 — Decline at 10 June each year, as National Day for Space Science and Technology Development.
ARTICLE 2 — Designate to the province of Río Negro and in it to the state company INVAP as the headquarters where the acts of commemoration of that day are centralized in the first year and in rotational form throughout the country the subsequent ones.
ARTICLE 3o — Contact the national executive branch.
