The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 O Approve International Labour Organization Convention 155 on the Safety and Health of Workers, adopted on 22 June 1981 and the 2002 Protocol on the Convention on the Safety and Health of Workers, adopted on 20 June 2002, in Geneva, the Swiss Confederation, whose authenticated copies form part of this Act.

ARTICLE 2 O Contact the national executive branch.

IN THE SESSION OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN GOOD AIRES, TO THE VEINTSIETE DAYS OF THE JULY YEAR DOS MIL ONCE.
