The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 O Incorporate as the third paragraph of Article 275 of Law 20,744 LeLaw of Labour ContractLe (T. 1976) and its amendments, the following text:

"When the worker is required to continue and/or promote judicial action, regardless of the penalties that such an attitude generates, such conduct shall be described as multemerary and malicious and the amount owed shall be in favour of the worker, from the date of the inmate and until its effective cancellation, the maximum interest provided for in this article."
