Law:
ARTICLE 1 - Remuneration in money due to the worker, whether public or private, of regimes not applicable to them under Act No. 20,744, may be paid by means of accreditation in open account to his name in a bank or in an official savings institution.
Such a special account shall have the name of a salary account and under no circumstances may have a withdrawal limit, or any cost to the worker, in terms of its constitution, maintenance or extraction of funds throughout the banking system, irrespective of the extractive modality used.
ARTICLE 2 — The social security assets or benefits that integrate the Argentine Integrated Provident System (SIPA) as those covered by the Non-Contributory Pension System will be paid in accordance with the above article.
Article 3 — The benefits of plans or programs characterized as social aid and implemented by the national government will be paid in accordance with Article 1 of the present.
ARTICLE 4 - Invite the provinces and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires to extend the application of the present in each jurisdiction, within the framework of its competence.
ARTICLE 5o - Contact the national executive branch.
