ARTICLE 1 — Appropriate the Agreement between the Government of the ARGENTINA REPUBLIC and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization ON THE CREATION IN GOOD AIRES—ARGENTINA— OF THE INTERNATIONAL CENTRE FOR THE PROMOTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS, COMO CENTRO DE CATEGORIA 2, signed in Buenos Aires on 13 February 2009, consisting of VEINTIUN (21) articles, whose authenticated photocopy forms an integral part of this law as Annex I.
ARTICLE 2 — See the INTERNATIONAL CENTRE FOR THE PROMOTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS (CIPDH), as a decentralized entity within the scope of the Human Rights Secretariat of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of the Nation, which shall be organized and governed in accordance with the normative provisions contained in the document of VEINTICUATRO (24) articles, which is an integral part of this law as Annex II.
