ARTICLE 1 — Declárase Monumento Histórico Nacional en los términos de las leyes 12.665 y 24.252 al edificio de la actual Facultad de Ingeniería, ex Sede Central de la Fundación Eva Perón, ubicado en la Avenida Paseo Colón No 850 de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.
ARTICLE 2 — The National Commission of Museums, Monuments and Historic Places will enroll in the National Register of Historical and Artistic Heritage the monument declared in Article 1 of this Law with the name of Faculty of Engineering, former Eva Perón Foundation.
ARTICLE 3o — Contact the National Executive.
