ARTICLE 1 — Approve the accession of the ARGENTIN REPUBLIC to the MULTILATERAL FUND of INVERSIONS II (FOMIN II) of the BANCO INTERAMERICAN DEVELOPMENT (IDB).
ARTICLE 2 — Approve the Convention and the Convention on the Administration of the MULTILATERAL FUND of INVERSIONS II (FOMIN II) given at the City of Okinawa, JAPON, on 9 April 2005, and its supplementary documentation, the texts of which form an integral part of this measure as Annex I.
ARTICLE 3o — MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND FINANCIAL PUBLICS through the Secretary of Economic Policy will sign on behalf of and on behalf of the national Government the Inconditional Contribution to the MULTILATERAL FONDO OF INVERSIONS II (FOMIN II) assigned to the ARGENTINA REPUBLIC for an amount equivalent to DOLARES STADOUNIDENSES OCHO MILLONES TREINTA AND A MIL (U$ 8.33).
ARTICLE 4o — The cash payment equivalent to DOLARES ESTADOUNIDENSES OCHO MILLONES TREINTA AND MIL (U$S 8.331,000), shall be made in accordance with Article II, Section 1 (b) of the Constitutive Convention of the MULTILATERAL FONDO OF INVERSIONS II (FOMIN II).
ARTICLE 5o — For the cash contribution, the ARGENTINA REPUBLIC CENTRAL BANCO shall issue to the order of the INTERAMERICAN DEVELOPMENT BANCO (IDB) non-negotiable values without interest, payable in view, which shall be delivered to the Agency in substitution of the cash contribution, in accordance with the terms of Article II, Section 2, of the Agreement establishing the MULTILATERAL FONDO II.
ARTICLE 6o — Please refer to the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND PUBLIC FINANCE, through the SECRETARIAT OF ECONOMIC POLICY, to carry out the operations provided for in Article III, Section 2 of the Constitutive Convention of the MULTILATERAL FUND of INVERSIONS II (FOMIN II) for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the objectives set forth in Article I of the above Convention.
ARTICLE 7o — Authorize the Governor and the Alternate Governor of the ARGENTINA REPUBLIC to the BANCO INTERAMERICAN DEVELOPING (IDB) or the person who designates them to carry out all necessary actions for the acceptance by the ARGENTINA REPUBLIC of the Convention establishing the MULTILATERAL FUND of INVERSIONS II (FOMIN II), in accordance with Article 1
ARTICLE 8o — In order to address the emerging commitments of this measure, the SECRETARIAT OF THE MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND FINANCIALS PUBLICAS will include such an erogation in the National Administration ' s General Budget and Resources Bills in the relevant periods.
