The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 s Apply the assignment of the jurisdiction made by the province of Tucumán to the national state by article 1 of the Provincial Law 7646, sanctioned on 14 September 2005, on an area of approximately seven thousand six hundred forty and five hectares (7,645 ha.), located in the town of Alpachiri, Chicligasta Department, Estancia Las Pavas, identified with the following nomenclature

ARTICLE 2o . Accept the conditions and deadline provided for in Provincial Law 7646, under which the province of Tucumán performs the cession of jurisdiction of the predio whose cadastral data are described in the preceding article, it is recorded that the national State .Administration of National Parks. has already completed the process of acquiring the predio of the Ex Estancia Las Pavas.
