Transfer.


Article 1- Transfer free of charge to the Municipality of Pocito, province of San Juan, the plot of land owned by the national state located in calle Furque and Picón, Villa Aberastain, Pocito, province of San Juan, Nomenclatura Catastral: 05-44-570650, which has an approximate area of 40.354,75 square meters.

Article 2o- The transfer provided in Article 1 is made from the fact that the beneficiary is solely responsible for the regularization of the land where the Municipal Sports Office has been operating for decades, with multiple sports fields such as football pitch, skateboarding, track of athletics and closed stadium with capacity for 5,000 people.

Article 3o- A period of ten (10) years for the performance of the position imposed in Article 2 which, without the mediating observance, the domain of the property subject to this shall be reversed in favour of the national State.

Article 4o- Contact the national executive branch.
