Transfer.


Article 1- Transfer free of charge to the province of Catamarca, the property of the national state located on Calle Lavalle N° 261 between Calles General Roca and Belgrano of the city of Bethlehem, province of Catamarca, individualized as Lote 7, Manzana 16 - Padrón Actual 850, with a total area of 2,583,60 m2.

Article 2°- The transfer provided for in the preceding article is carried out with the effect that the beneficiary will set aside the grounds for the creation of a Comprehensive Cultural Centre and Events.

Article 3. A period of ten (10) years for the performance of the position imposed in the previous article, which, without the mediating or non-fulfilling of the charge, the domain of the property subject to the present reverts in favour of the national State.

Article 4°- The costs required by this law shall be borne by the beneficiary.

Article 5°- The Executive Power shall take appropriate measures for the purpose of concluding the respective transfer within sixty (60) days of entry into force of this law.
