Transfer.
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc.
Law:
Article 1-Transfer to the municipality of Aristobulo del Valle, department of Cainas, province of Misiones, the rights and emergent actions that the national state has, the building that is determined as: Fraction 1, of the "D", of the People of Aristobulus of the Valley, homonymous municipality, department Cainkas, Misiones, affects the shape of a polygon of 6 sides. Total area: 2,932.29 m2. Registration number 1505 whose cadastral data are: Department 02, Municipality 05, Section 01, Chacra 000, Apple 043, Plot 02, Real Estate 5778.
Article 2-The transfer provided for in the preceding article is carried out by the recipient of the land for the construction of civil works of construction, in favour of the public interest, the social and cultural utility of the municipality.
Article 3-Establish a period of 10 (ten) years for the fulfillment of the charge imposed in the previous article, which shall be defeated without the fact that the domain of the immovable object of the present will be observed in favor of the national State.
Article 4-The costs of the present shall be borne by the beneficiary.
Article 5-The Executive Branch shall take the necessary measures for the purpose of concluding the respective transfers within sixty (60) days of entry into force of this law.
Article 6-Commune to the national executive branch.
