Transfer.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc.

Law:

Article 1-Transfierase free of charge and in favor of the Municipality of Puerto Deseado, the domain of the real estate owned by the national state-General Staff of the Argentine Navy located within the urban ejido of the Municipality of Puerto Desired, province of Santa Cruz, according to the following cadastral identification:

(a) LOT 14, DOMINIAL REGISTRATION 2731, SURFACE 2,307,568.68 M2.

(b) LOT 15, DOMINICAN REGISTRATION 2731, SURFACE 2.180.323.81 M2.

(c) PARCEL 32, LOT 33, DOMINIAL REGISTRATION 2728, SURFACE 542,685,39 M2.

(d) PLOT 21, LOT 33, DOMINICAN REGISTRATION 2727, SURFACE 351 Has. 47 a. 95 Cas.

Article 2 °-Transfierase free of charge and in favor of the Municipality of Puerto Deseado, the domain of the real estate owned by the national state-General Staff of the Argentine Army located within the urban ejido of the Municipality of Puerto Desired, Santa Cruz province, according to the following cadastral identification:

(a) LOT 17, WITHOUT A DOMINIAL INSCRIPTION, SURFACE 1.205.069.79 M2.

(b) LOT 18, WITHOUT DOMINIAL REGISTRATION, AREA 741,704,69 M2.

(c) LOT 22, WITHOUT DOMINIAL REGISTRATION, SURFACE 800.768.96 M2.

(d) LOT 23, WITH NO DOMINIAL REGISTRATION, AREA 816.088.77 M2.

Article 3-The transfer provided for in Articles 1 and 2 is carried out by the beneficiary developing urban development programmes, single housing schemes, service infrastructure, enabling parks or public places, educational, cultural, health care, development of sports activities.

Article 4 °-In order to comply with the provisions of the previous article, the beneficiary shall subdivide the land into lots and carry out the respective pre-dial redistribution.

Article 5-The sale of the buildings must be carried out by means of the auction or public tender procedures, ensuring compliance with the principles of the administrative procedures in force.

Article 6-Persons who meet the following requirements may be involved in the procedures for auctioning or public tendering:

a) Being of age, according to what the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation establishes.

b) Be native Argentine, naturalized or by option.

(c) A real address in the city of Puerto Deseado and a residence of at least three (3) years, registered in the Identity Document, D.N.I. and/or verified documentation.

d) In case of application for family housing, not to be the applicant and/or his/her spouse and/or a united person in fact, reserve, permissary, successful tenderer and/or owner of another property within the municipal ejido, be private or tax except that the the use of the same is for commercial purposes or for non-profit entities; as well as for ten (10) years since the transfer of those rights or since the expiration of those rights, except for cases of succession, divorces, separations of goods or the like, subject to accreditation by means of authorisations or court judgments .

(e) not being a beneficiary or successful tenderer, the applicant or members of his family group, of a housing financed wholly or partly by the national, provincial or municipal state.

(f) Do not inhabit or have inhabited or illegally or illegally inhabited or otherwise inhabited public or private land.

(g) Not to be the debtor of the Municipal Treasury.

h) Not to be the official applicant of the Municipality of Puerto Deseado.

(i) The applicant must present at the beginning of the procedure a certificate by the competent authority that he/she is not included in the Register of Food Debtors of the Province of Santa Cruz, where appropriate.

Article 7 °-In order to ensure the purpose provided for in Article 3 of the present, the municipality will grant a period of execution of work of no more than three (3) years, and will not authorize to perform the translative writing of domain in favor of the (a) to the extent that they do not comply with

a) Abonar in full the price of the land and taxes that are serious.

(b) Presentation of the plan according to work, duly approved by the competent body.

(c) Conformity granted by the competent area of completion of work, including encirclement and greenery of the building.

Article 8 °-Set a period of ten (10) years for the fulfillment of the charges imposed in article 3, which shall be defeated, which shall not be observed, the domain of the immovable objects of the present shall revert in favor of the national State.

Article 9 °-The costs of complying with this law shall be borne by the beneficiary. The Municipality of Puerto Deseado will condone any debt held by the State in its character as the owner of the buildings transferred by this law.

Article 10.-The national executive branch, within sixty (60) days of being sanctioned by this law, shall take the necessary measures for the purposes of completing the formalities necessary for the granting of the respective translational writing of domain.

Article 11.-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE 19 DAYS OF THE MONTH OF MAY OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND TWENTY-ONE.
