Modification of dates for once in context of COVID-19 pandemic.

OPEN, SIMULTANEOUS AND MANDATORY PRIMARY ELECTIONS AND GENERAL ELECTIONS.
MODIFICATION OF DATES FOR ONCE IN CONTEXT OF PANDEMIC BY COVID-19
Article 1-For the only time, the date of the Open, Concurrent and Mandatory Primary (PASO) elections, as provided for in Article 20 of Law 26,571, should be modified for the only time, establishing for the holding of the elections on the second Sunday of September of the year 2021.
Article 2-The date of the general national elections, as provided for in Article 53 of Law 19,945 and its amendments, is only modified, establishing for the holding of the elections on the second Sunday of November 2021.
Article 3-Change for the only time, with the exception and only for the 2021 national elections, the deadline for the registration of candidates and candidates and order of office for lists, as stipulated in the first paragraph Article 60 of Law 19,945 and its amendments, which shall be up to forty-five (45) days prior to the election.
Article 4-For the sole purpose of amending, with the exception of and only for the national elections 2021, the period laid down for the beginning of the electoral campaign, as provided for in the second paragraph of Article 64a of Law 19,945 and its changes, which will be forty-five (45) days before the date of the general election.
Article 5-Exceptionally, the dates set out in the current electoral schedule, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 1 and 2 and the modifications of time limits laid down in Articles 3 and 4 of this Law, shall be exceptional.
Article 6-This law may not be amended or repealed during the current calendar year as it regulates a subjective public right of political parties, fundamental institutions of the democratic system, to choose their candidates for the Elective posts provided for in the National Constitution.
Article 7-This law enters into force on the day of its publication.
