The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE GOVERNMENT OF ROMANIA TO MODIFY THE "AGREEMENT OF ECONOMIC AND COMMERCIAL COOPERATION BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE GOVERNMENT OF ROMANIA" SIGNED ON 27 FROM NOVEMBER 1990, signed in Bucharest-ROMANIA-on 22 June 2009, consisting of OCHO (8) articles whose authenticated photocopy is part of this law.
