I approved the Treaty of Mutual Legal Assistance in Civil and Commercial Matters between the Argentine Republic and the Tunisian Republic, signed in Buenos Aires. Sanctioned: March 16, 2011 Enacted in Fact: April 7, 2011

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE TREATY OF MUTUAL JUDICIAL ASSISTANCE IN CIVIL AND COMMERCIAL MATTERS BETWEEN THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE REPUBLIC OF TUNISIA, signed in Buenos Aires on 16 March 2006, consisting of THIRTY-NINE (39) articles, whose Authenticated photocopies, in Spanish and French languages, are part of this law.
