I approved Message 830/10 and bill authorizing the entry of foreign troops into the national territory and the exit of the national forces, to participate in a program of combined exercises. Sanctioned: March 16, 2011 Enacted in Fact: April 7, 2011

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-Approve Message No. 830/10 and draft law authorizing the entry of foreign troops into the national territory and the exit of the national forces, to participate in the program of exercises combined from the 1st of September 2010 until 31 August 2011, contained in Annexes I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII, XIV, XV, XVI, XVII, XVIII, XIX, XX, XXI, XXII, XXIII, XXIV, XXV, XXVI, XXVII, XXVIII, XXIX, XXX, XXXI, XXXII and XXXIII are an integral part of this law.

Article 2-View the need to maintain the exercise plan to be carried out with the participation of third countries, with which the use of human resources, equipment and the consequent budgets to carry out said exercise, except for this only time prescribed in article 5, first part of Law No. 25,880, on the requirement to compute a year running from the 1st of September of the current year, being able to extend the deadline for the realization of the combined exercises included in ANNEXES XX, XXI, XXII, XXIII, XXIV, XXV, XXVI and XXVII until 31 December of 2011.
